About Bayern 2
Bayern 2 is a German public radio station run by Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR), Bavaria’s public broadcasting authority. Established on August 18, 1950, it is dedicated to providing cultural and general interest programming, as well as a varied variety of music. This station broadcasts on several FM frequencies throughout Bavaria and digitally via DAB+ on channel 11D.
