BR Bayern 4 Klassik

The Bayerischer Rundfunk (BR), Bavaria’s public broadcaster, uses the common trademark BR-Klassik for its classical music broadcasts. It is most closely connected with the Munich-based radio station Bayern 4 Klassik, which was founded in 1980 and operated until 2009. It is also the moniker used on the BR’s television channels, internet broadcasts, and publications, as well as its record label, which publishes recordings made by its musical ensembles.
