About RPR1 Start in Den Tag
RPR1 is a private radio station in Rhineland-Palatinate. The station was created in 1985 and first broadcast on April 30, 1986, at 6:30 p.m. This makes it one of Germany’s first statewide private radio stations.
RPR1 is an adult contemporary format (AC) with a target age range of 30 to 59 years. Around the clock, a variety of music, news, traffic updates, reports, humor, and advertisements are broadcast. Radio "personalities" like as Bülent Ceylan, Paul Panzer, Heiner Knallinger, and Sven Hieronymus ("I could cry, I cry"), who debuted their sketches on RPR, have previously gained popularity.
